Return Policy

At SWIMS, we will do our best to make you happy!

We offer FREE RETURNS within 14 days of your order delivery.

You may return any products you have ordered from within 14 days from receipt of delivery, free of charge. All goods returned for refund must be unused with original packaging intact. Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage when returning goods. SWIMS cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit without proof of postage. Repayment will be made within fourteen days after SWIMS receives and inspects the returned product from you. You will not be refunded the original amount you may have paid for shipping.

Should you wish to return your purchase, simply follow the below steps:

(These below Return instructions are for orders NOT placed in the United States or Canada, but Internationally. For U.S. and Canada Customers, please scroll further down.)

  1. Log into your account and enter My Page*
  2. Click on the Orders, select the order you wish to return and click on the Return Form underneath
  3. Select the product(s), quantity and reason for returning the item(s)
  4. Print the provided labels by pressing the "Print" button
  5. Pack the goods and put the Return Label inside the package
  6. Be green and drop the parcel off at your nearest UPS Drop Off Point**

As soon as we receive your return (within 1-2 weeks), we will send you a confirmation and refund the value of the product you purchased.

North American Customers:

Be aware that you may be liable to pay customs and sales tax as a customer imports the good(s) to the US and Canada. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please note that possible customs or import duty charges will not be refunded, should you wish to return your order.

Our customer service will contact you if there should be any confusion from our side on your reason for return.

For U.S. and Canadian Customers:

If you need a Return Label, please email with the following:
- Your Name
- Purchase Order no.
- the Item(s) you wish to Return.
- The reason for the Return.

A Return Label will be sent via email within 1-2 Business Days.

Please note: do not process Exchange Requests. Please place a new order for the item(s) needed.
- All returns must be recieved back with its original packaging and/or tags, and in resaleable condition.
